Important downtime announcement on Saturday, 20th October for OpenProject Cloud environment

OpenProject 8.1 will shortly be available for the Enterprise cloud. The new release includes many great improvements as well as bug fixes. Therefore, we need a short downtime for the migration.

On Saturday, October 20th, 2018 at 12:00 noon time (UTC), we are upgrading the OpenProject Enterprise cloud to OpenProject 8.1 which will lead to a downtime of about 2 hours.

Details about the upgrade: as part of the upgrade to OpenProject 8.1, migrations are performed. Therefore, your OpenProject environment will not be available for around 2 hours (from 12 noon time - 2pm UTC = 2pm - 4pm CEST).

During the downtime, your instances will be guarded by a maintenance screen. As soon as your instance has been migrated, it is accessible through your instance URL again.
