OpenProject wins SILVER OSCAR of the open source scene

OpenProject is proud to take home the SILVER Open Source Business Award (OSBAR). It is called the OSCAR of the open source scene and it is awarded by the Open Source Business Alliance. The price was nominated during this year’s Univention Summit 2019 in Bremen, Germany.

One of the best open source projects in 2018

Every year, the price honors outstanding and innovative open source ideas and projects. The Jury nominated OpenProject as one of the best open source projects, pointed out OpenProject’s usability and full feature set for project collaboration – being an open source alternative to Microsoft Project and Jira.

Among OpenProject, the Jury awarded HumHub for the Gold OSBAR and Inkscape for the Silver OSBAR. We congratulate the other winners.
